"I am (at the time of this comment) in the process of buying a 2007 ski-doo MXZ Adrenaline 600 ho sdi 2-tec. this is the my first snowmobile i have ever purchased but have been shopping for a number of years. I had many questions for my salesman (Charles) that i kinda stumped him on but was very willing to make notes of the questions i had, which to me shows how dedicated to makeing me a buyer not only of the sled but of himself. We all need to remeber that salesman have to sell them selfs before they can sell a product. which is a longwinded way of saying that my experience so far with Charles has been a pleasant one, even though my credit wasnt very good and he kept me optimistic that there will be a way for me to make it my own. thank you very much for your hard work and for putting up with me."

"I've been a customer for some time and I don't think I'd go anywhere else. This is not just a place to buy, this is a place to build a long-term relationship. My latest purchase involved a discontinued bike - Charles (A+ sales dude) helped track it down for me, brought it in and did all the work for me. Then, when I found myself a little short on $$, Jeff (A+ finance dude) and Charles took their time to find the best lender for my small amount. "Justin Pease although not technically a "Sales Person" "sold me" my new Honda Shadow Spirit. I felt very comfortable with the whole sales and delivery experience. The courteous, professionalism must also be mentioned here. The dealership's hours are very impressive - I do not know of any other dealership (other than HD) open on Sundays. "I've been dealing with Anderson's/Motorcity Power sports for quite some time now and have yet to be disappointed in any way shape or form, no matter who it is you're talking to in whatever department they always know exactly what they're doing and will recommend an alternative if they feel its a better option for your own personal safety. Motorcity Power sports just has an overall welcoming, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home when you're there, the sales people aren't standing around trying to shove things down your throat, they let you tell them what it is you want or if need be they will step in and give their input of what would best suit you. "We have been members of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association for years and we were attending a function that Motor City Power Sports was hosting on Sunday. While at the fun run we also purchased a Royal Star thanks to your salesmen Bruce and Charles. They both assisted us with respect and knowledge of the bike. Not only were we treated with respect from your sales department, you also have a girl in accessories that was great in helping us with a new helmet and helping me to get the correct fit in a leather coat. In additon, Bruce called me Monday morning to make sure we got the bike home safely because it was raining Sunday afternoon when my husband rode it home. Bruce was very concerned for him, pulling out on new tires in those conditions. I have to tell you that phone call was a classy thing to do. I am very impressed with the service from your people. Since I know a lot of Gold Wing Riders all over Michigan I will be sure to let them know that the experience at Motor City Power Sports is nothing like the old Anderson days."

"Was pointed in your direction by friends on a vintage bike forum due to prices and level of service. Even with them touting your excellence, I am still amazed! I ordered many NOS parts for my 1974 Suzuki and they all were delivered...at the lowest prices I could find on the 'net. I called two days after placing the order just to see what might get shipped - expecting many NLA parts. What I got was an answer on the second ring, a quick affirmation of my order being filled, and a few jokes and laughs while on the phone. Needless to say, I am ecstatic!
